Guangzhou Anhong Photoelectric Tech was built in 2003, specializes in designing and manufacturing high-level HID xenon bulbs, HID xenon ballast and conversion kits, dedicated and universal LED daytime running lights, parking sensors and other related items. In 2003, our research for HID products has already succeeded, and we simultaneously passed ISO 9001:2000 certification. Since then, our goods have been compliant with CE, DOT, E-4, E-8 and other standards. We have also been certified to ISO/TS 16949.
Supported by 500 Skilled Personnel
Our 3,000sqm factory houses 500 staff, of whom 10% are QC workers and 10% are after-sales service workers. It is furnished with more than 30 R&D machines, including free wave soldering machines, SMT automatic lines and M. Braun glove boxes.
Working with European and American Companies
We signed up agreements in 2011 with European companies situated in Poland and American companies situated in Panama for new model development and quality control before mass production. Because of this strategy, we have got great feedback in Europe and the US.
Strong Supply Capacity and Short Delivery Time
We have three major production lines: HID ballast, LED DRL and parking sensor, which are all mass produced. Taking HID ballasts for example, the monthly output is 350,000 pieces which is triple than other companies. We also provide OEM services for car parking sensors for huge European-based companies. Our production capacity is round 100,000 sets per month. Our LED DRL production capacity is round 800 sets per model per day, which we enlarged to 1,000 sets last June 2012. The special parts of our products are imported from NXP, Microchip, Dallas, Samsung, Fairchild and Atmel.
